Hi everyone, is there a tutorial on how to create your own user libraries?

Hi,

There are many, many, tutorials on the 'www' for building libraries in C.  In Pelles C just start a new project and select win32 or win64 lib as the project type, then follow any of the tutorials.

The Pelles C documentation should contain a section about this too.
