POLINK doesn't accept /OUT:"My DIR\NAME.EXE" param

POLINK doesn't accept /OUT:"My DIR\NAME.EXE" parameter, reports something about the path being invalid. It doesn't like the double quotes.

Not a bug - see help file ("Command line tools"; use: "/OUT:name with spaces")
