memory panel expression scope

Hi Pelle,

I noticed that it's possible to enter a global expression for the memory panel address field. However unfortunatlery local symbols (depending on the current line in code) are not accepted. Maybe the expression evaluation can be made scope aware.

I think I had some problems with the local symbol info, when attempting this before - but it should be doable...
