New Resource tool palette size

Maybe it's just me but it sure seems like the new Resource Editor tool palette is a bit oversized.

It does look bigger, but mine does not show the 1,4,8,16x just a blank box...

You get large IDE icons, in general, if the screen resolution is at least 1280x720. You can always debate at which resolution to scale up, but this is the current value.
