Tip:  To run multiple languages easily create a desktop shortcut for each language.
Here is an example shortcut target properties for Chinese:

C:\Program Files\PellesC_V14\Bin\poide.exe" /l 0004  <- Lower case L

This way switching languages is a matter of selecting the right shortcut.
