Compile libpq from postgresql sources.

I all,

Has anyone compiled libpq lib and dll from Postgresql 8.2.0 sources ?

I'm using win32.mak scrip file, located at  c:\postgresql-8.2.0\src\interfaces\libpq, changed to Pellles C 4.5, but I'm receiving many warnings and errors.
