Problem with option start page at german IDE

This problem is only with the german translation.
If I select Extras -> Optionen.. -> Allgemein -> Beim Start (Startseite anzeigen) it does not work at the next start of Pelles C. If I do this with the english IDE it works.
When I compare the entries of the german and english selection, then the items "Willkommensseite anzeigen" and "Startseite anzeigen" are changed.

Can you check this Christian.
