No, not really, it just states the obvious part, it's a problem with on the web server site.
I randomly keep getting that when trying to ban a user. The forum itself works fine, and I can get to the "ban user" page as just fine, but when I hit the apply button, it bombs with the 503 error.
It doesn't happen all the time, during the last two weeks, where we got really swamped by those maggots, it was working just fine, but the last couple of days, I got this twice again...
