Docking-Floating Windows

Because I did not find a befitting Control to create and manage Docking-Floating windows,
I tried to build the DockWnd Control as a DLL.
This DLL is written in plain C, (PelleC) .
The Control is easy to use for any type application and it is accompanied with an Application to understand its usage.



Note:
Before use, read the ReadMe.txt.
