PellesC 4.0 closing bug

There seems to be a bug when closing the IDE. If there are files that have been edited upon close and you choose 'Cancel' when asked if you want to save it before closing, it continues to close and then throws an error / exception. I am sorry I was in a hurry so I missed the exact error, but I think this should be repeatable. Also, I was editing a file that was in the workspace but not in the active project, if that matters.
