Debugger Hangs

Running Pelles C Ver 9.00.9 on Windows 7 with AMD Phenom II X4 955 processor. After stepping to the end of a 64-bit program, the Debugger just freezes. I can't restart from to the beginning or exit. I have to kill the program using Task Manager.

I just found that I have to dismiss the application's window first then I can quit the debugger.
