Version 4.00 released - only minor changes since Beta 6.

Hi:

I am unable to download version 4 of PellesC. I get "Download to small". 3 tries on a slow expensive connection. I will keep trying.

Perhaps somebody try uploading it someplace else for me to try, like FileAnchor?

You could try it here. It´s the german mirror and you could find the same files on a german server.
