compiler flags

Hello everyone and ty for taking the time,

i came to Pelles C as a free C IDE and everything runs nice yet i have 2 questions

A where can i set the path to where my GCC is located and
B where can i tell it to compile in -std="c18"

(or does have Pelles C its own compiler based on C?)

(iam sorry if i asked a already asked Q that been answered somewhere on here)
