Both New Years and Christmas failed to approximate Winter Solstice!

There are four groups of people: (1) those that believe the year starts on Winter Solstice and analogously the day starts at midnight, (2) those that believe the year starts on Vernal Equinox and analogously the day starts at sunrise, (3) those that believe the year starts on Summer Solstice and analogously the day starts at midday (note not noon), and (4) those that believe the year starts on Autumn Equinox and analogously the day starts at sunset.

Category (3) has the least amount of people, while category (1) and (2) holds the majority.
