Hi friends of Pelles C. Today ReactOS 0.3.8 was released, and as usual, I tried to install Pelles C. And for the first time ever, it worked.

It has a problem with loading the language dll (The translation is there except the menus), but you can compile the test app, as you can see in the screenshot:
