Scrolling window

I have a very big image (4724 x 3543).
I created a listview with an imagelist.
For such images there are problems with listview/imagelist.
I decide to display the image without the listview/imagelist.
Is there an example for scrolling image. I don't know how to do?

I have compiled the source that's what I wanted.
It seems there is no change to do.
