Del *.* under W10

It's a small utility that deletes all files and removes subdirectories.
This is the same that DelTree when it existed or DEL /Q /S *.* and RD /Q /S Under Dos.

It refuses deleting files from a root, under a network or in the widows's directory.

How to do :
Copy the executable into the directory you want to clean (Ex: D:\Download)
Launch the program.
When it finished it tells the number of files and directories removed
