IDOK & IDCANCEL bug still present in v. 4.00.50

Hi!

Whenever you open an .rc file with the IDE and save the file for the first time, all ID 1 and 2 are saved with the IDOK and IDCANCEL constants.
Saving a second time reverts them to 1's and 2's.

This was supposed to be fixed in v. 3.x but it seems the bug is still lurking.
Hope it can be fix for the upcoming v. 4.50.
