Pelles C IDE Not working

I am always getting this error, when I build:"POLINK: fatal error: ".
Please help me on this matter, my system is windows Vista

Vista with all of it's "security" has given us the glory of UAC.  This is the thing that asks you to "allow" anything you do.  If you turn this off, it allows everything to run, including Pelles C files.  Follow this like to learn how to turn it off http://www.petri.co.il/disable_uac_in_windows_vista.htm
