missing WINBOOL definition

Is there a reason, why WINBOOL is not defined in any header file?
Instead it seems to be implicitly defined by the compiler switch -Ze...
(Bad, when using linters...)

Yes - it's unknown by me (for sure) and Microsoft (AFAICT) ...
