WinCe (PNA) how to change Taskbar settings?

Hello,

I own a navigon PNA 8110 also called "Hera".

I made the taskbar visible and accessible, but

it looks not normal 
The start-button is only an icon,
the program-button ist allways maximized, so I don´t see all runing tasks.
I tried severall things like setwindowpos, redrawwindow.... no change?
I looked for registry-settings, also no succes.

Any suggestions, how to change the taskbar?


I hope you understand my problem, cause my bad englisch.
