Version 6.0 released

Not many (relevant) bug reports for a while, so I have decided to release version 6.0.

Changes from Release Candidate 3:

• The new inline manager had problems cleaning out a chain of unused functions, leading to a later crash (POCC; mostly with /Ob1).
• Fixed some 64-bit instructions in disassembler (PODUMP, debugger, ...).
• Added AES instructions aesenc, aesenclast, aesdec, aesdeclast, aesimc, aeskeygenassist, pclmulqdq (POASM, POCC assembler, PODUMP, debugger).
