Have anyone converted PSDK to usable help file for PellesC IDE ?

The solution here is almost entirely done in VBScript.
You can download the PSDKs as ISOs, unpack them with
7-Zip, extract the HXS files with an MSI unpacker, and then
convert the HXS files to CHM. For example, if you download
the Windows Server 2003 PSDK, extract Inet.hxs and convert
it to CHM, you have full, stand-alone documentation for IE
and DOM for IE6. If you download the Win7 PSDK you can get
the same thing for IE8. it is all there, and most of the help
files have relevant names.
