Compiling WABA 1.0 with Pelles C 6.50

Pelles C is great, thanks Pelle.

I've got a problem with the compilation of WABA 1.0, a free version of Java written in C, its a really cool piece of work but the debugger of Pelles C doesnt show the source code, apparently because the remaining C files are only included by the main file and not imported by the project.

I have made some changes to compile this. The project is somewhat bigger (187 KB). Don't know if I should upload it.

Btw. does anybody know a  small variant of diff and patch. This could be a further ide-extension.
