Pelles C 7.00 ... Web features.

Exploring the new Web features, a couple of thoughts...

1) Not everyone uses IE ... Some may want the option to launch web content in their default external browser.

2) Not everyone will want the built in browser at all... perhaps an option to disable it outright.

3) I don't know if it's possible... but can the browser be wired up to give us F1 lookup of windows API calls on MSDN? (Alternatively, if anyone knows the correct url for this kind of search, maybe it would make a good addin?)
