MAPI32.dll for PellesC

Here is MAPI32.dll for PellesC.
It just include MAPISendMail and use cdosys.dll.
Just copy this MAPI32.dll to PellesC\bin folder.

EDIT 2012-04-21: 32/64-bit MAPI32xCDO_WS_2.zip: For 64-bit use bin64\mapi32.dll

No because that was for PellesC 32-bit versions.
PellesC 64-bit version needs 64-bit mapi32.dll
