Send with mapi for v 7

Now abandoned feature in PellesC version 7.

If you still want send current document with mapi in version 7 try this.
Same place as before: File -> Send..

From this example you can create better, larger, bugfree, ETC ... version.
Let me know if this is working with real mapi client.
