You have a project with an project file (say tst.c) open in the editor.
If you save tst.c as new.c the editor name is changed to new.c while new.c is not included to the project tab. The project tab still contains tst.c.

Now: Double clicking tst.c in the project tab is ignored. If one includes new.c to the project, it is included in the project tab, but tst.c is further ignored and can not be loaded.
