Recently I found a couple little Utilities I like a whole lot and do not know how I did without, also I list a command line Utility I have enjoyed using for years.

Very flexible and can be run at the command line, though I would usually write a batch file for that.
Oh also I have liked for years XXCopy, it has a million command line switches, and the best looking .chm help file I have ever seen on any software ! (exclusively for the console window / command line use)
