New Update for the POINST Wizard Tool 3.2.0.0

An updated version of the POINST Wizard tool by David MacDermot is now available...

Updated November 24, 2013

Fixed problem running on Windows 7. Also fixed a few other minor bugs. Tested successfully on Windows XP, Windows 7 and Windows 8.
