Simple TLTSVView tsv-viewer alpha

Simple TLTSVView tsv-viewer.
View tsv-file in virtual listview.

Tab Separated Values .tsv like here

Inspired by this thread http://forum.pellesc.de/index.php?topic=6195.msg22742#msg22742

TLDsvView_WS_a1.zip : this version show .cvs file too.
TLDsvView1_WS_a1.zip : small menu in toolbar.

Timo: Is this intended, that quoted fields are shown quoted? And what happend with the space?
