How to cleanly install/uninstall

I want to put PellesC on a system without installing it, and also to completely remove traces from a machine where it was installed.

1. PellesC is distributed only as an installer exe. Is there a way to extract the files without doing an installation?

2. When I uninstalled PellesC from a system, it left settings behind. How do I remove everything?

Do a search for thumb drive or USB stick, where you can find information about running PellesC from a removable drive.

Settings located in the users %APPDATA% folder and his documents are not added by the installer, so you always have to manually remove them.
