New linker wlink32

[Vortex]

A new linker wlink32 is announced in the Tools for Windows programming forum. wlink32 based on the original project Alink by Anthony A.J. Williams is maintained by Manos and David Lindauer.

Features :

- OMF and MS COFF type object file format support
- MS COFF library support
- Compiled resource scrips ( .res ) and response files as input files
- Manifest files support
