PEImpTest is a small program to check imports against some def-files.
An example has some WindowsXP def-files.
Hopefully someone improve it.

For example, it don't find any unknown imports in PellesC 9 crt when testing program created with it against WindowsXP.
So PellesC 9 can target to WindowsXP ?

Any ideas to improve it or just reason to abandon it :D
