POCC detected as a malware

My antivirus program detected POCC.exe as a malware:

malware@#i96eb4k5s0gn

Pelles C is newly installed and immediately pocc.exe was sent to quarantine.

Why is this happening?
Has that happened before?

turn off it (or add pelles c to exclusion list) and work!

Comodo is the best I have tested.
I've exempted Pelle from the "angry list" now. He's too good to hang there ...
