Win32 Application Program

Hi, im making a win32 application program. and i have 2 questions.

1- is it possible to make this: if i choose an X option it will open the menu X with the everything about the option choosed.? i know only the functions to call dialogboxes and messageboxes..i would like to know this 1.

2-i have a football field..and some text label on it....like goal keeper etc..how do i program the text? like~
if X
It should appear in the box X
if Y
it should appear in the BOx Y

how do  i make this..
