Don't turn off UAC and you will get a nice elevated installer ;)

The best solution is to turn off that crappy UAC. It's just an headache.

UAC won't die, it will just get improved, if one tells them what is wrong with it.

If UAC is turned off, you won't get the elevation prompt in many cases, so you always have to select "run as administrator" from the context menu manually.
