source window text size adjustment

Anyone:

Pelles C source code window is large on PCs running Windows XP in the
lab at school. When I run various versions on my Windows 8.1 laptop,
the font is so small I can barely read it.

Is there an adjustment that can be made to make the text larger?

Have you tryied tools->options->font size ?
